Rev. Father Chidi Osondu was the Executive Director of VOCI from inception until
his death. He was the head of the VOCI secretariat which was efficiently run with the
administrative staff. The leadership also comprises the board of directors that has
been running the organization since the death of Fr. Osondu. On the 10 th anniversary
of his death, a new board was constituted in 2020 to continue piloting the affairs of
VOCI.
