VOCI has meticulous process for selecting and choosing her recipients in all our
target areas. The process starts by sending a nominee’s name and brief profile to
VOCI Secretariat, either by email or postal mail. The Secretariat Coordinator, together
with other administrative staff completes a checklist of Potential Recipients. Upon
completion, the board of directors review all the Potential Recipients list every quarter
and nominate qualified candidates. The board can also make screen and select
recipients based on the exigency, and not necessarily during quarterly meetings only.
Any member of the public can nominate a candidate for screening.
